A crown covers a tooth that is too damaged for a filling. A bridge replaces a missing tooth by anchoring to the teeth on either side.

What's included

  • An exam and X-rays to check the tooth
  • A temporary crown while yours is made
  • The final crown or bridge, fitted and adjusted

What to expect

Two visits, about two weeks apart. The temporary is fine for normal eating, but skip sticky foods on that side.

  1. Prepare. We shape the tooth, take a scan and fit a temporary.
  2. Fit. About two weeks later, we fit the final crown and check your bite.
