- Knocked-out tooth?
- Pick it up by the top, not the root, keep it in milk and call us right away. The sooner, the better. For a serious injury, go to the nearest emergency department. Call (204) 555-0187. Same-day emergency visits when we can.
- Are you taking new patients?
- Yes. Call us or send a request, and Lori will find you a time.
- Do you accept the Canadian Dental Care Plan?
- Yes. We accept the Canadian Dental Care Plan. It may not cover everything, so we tell you before treatment if there will be a balance.
- Do you direct bill?
- We direct bill most insurers. Coverage varies by plan, and we check yours before your visit.
- I'm nervous about the dentist. What can you do?
- Tell us when you book. We explain each step before we do it, and you can raise your hand to stop at any time.
- Do you see kids?
- Yes, from the first tooth. We can book the whole family back to back.
- Do you have evening hours?
- Tuesday to Thursday until 8 p.m., and some Saturdays.
