Prairie Wren Family Dental

Privacy policy

Updated October 15, 2026

This is a demo website, made by Admista to show what a family dental clinic’s site can look like. Prairie Wren Family Dental, its dentists and staff, the house on Wrenfield Street and the phone number are all made up, and the photos are AI-generated.

What this demo collects

Nothing. When you fill in the request form, your own browser checks the fields and then shows a note that this is a demo. What you typed never leaves your device: it isn’t sent to us or anyone else, and it isn’t saved. The site sets no cookies and has no analytics, advertising or tracking tags.

Why a clinic would ask for it

A real clinic would use the name and phone number from the form for one purpose: to call you back and book your visit. Here they aren’t used for anything, because they never reach a server.

What loads from other places

None of these pages load anything from another company’s servers: the photos, fonts and logo are served with the site itself. The links to Google Maps and the Canadian Dental Care Plan open those sites, and their own privacy policies apply there. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which keeps ordinary server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the pages and protect the site. Cloudflare never receives anything you type into the form.

What a real clinic’s policy covers

A dental clinic collects your contact details, health history, X-rays and insurance details to book and treat you. In Manitoba, a dentist’s patient records are covered by the Personal Health Information Act, and commercial activity by the federal PIPEDA. A real clinic’s policy says what it collects and why, who it shares it with (for example your insurer when it direct bills, or a specialist it refers you to), how long it keeps your records, and how to ask to see or correct them.
