Checkups and cleanings in Winnipeg
Most of what we do starts here. Regular checkups catch small problems while they are still small, and a cleaning takes off the buildup that brushing misses.

What to expect
Plan on about an hour. If you are nervous, tell us when you book and we will slow down and explain each step before we do it.
- Exam. We look at your teeth, gums and bite, and take X-rays if you need them.
- Cleaning. Jess cleans and polishes, and tells you which spots to watch.
- What we found. We show you on the screen and tell you what is urgent and what can wait.
Pricing
We follow the Manitoba dental fee guide, and we tell you before any treatment if your plan leaves a balance. We direct bill most insurers. Coverage varies by plan.

How often should I come in?
Most people every 6 to 12 months. We will suggest a schedule that fits your teeth, not a set rule.
Do I need X-rays every time?
No. We only take them when they will tell us something we need to know.
